Great tour Guides were excellent and we got an realistic feel for the history and culture of Lima Cusco and Read More Machu Picchu They handled any issues that arose with a lot of class A bit more casual than what we're accustomed to in terms of scheduling but I think that added to the enjoyment of the trip

Marco organized a trip for me and my wife for this very December We are actually still on this trip Read More but no longer in Peru We took the day package with a few alterations they let us switch the Sacred Valley tour for the Humantay tour and added an extra day towards the end of the trip so we could go on the rainbow mountain Everything went perfectly considering all the set backs regarding delayed flights this happens quite often during the rainy season but that's hardly their fault Everyone is incredibly responsive and will look after you the entire time you are in Peru Currently we are in Santiago Chile and waiting to start the Patagonia portion which they also organized for us We can't wait for this next part of the trip before going back to the UK

Traveled this December to Cusco with my wife and some friends finally lined up some vacation time to check out Read More the Inca Trail We got in touch with Journey Machu Picchu our travel agent's name was Eduardo they organized the whole trip for us They took care of all the permits hotels tours guides etc even got us an upgrade on the trains We had an issue with my wife the day before starting the trail and assumed we'd have to cancel everything Nope they hooked her up with different tours while we were on the trail and met back up in Machu Picchu The trail itself was so much better than I'd thought it'd be Edgar our guide helped us along every step of the way We had an awesome time and hope to do a few more treks in the future the Salkantay looked pretty cool

ook a day package with Journey at the end of November leading into the holidays Went to Lima Cusco the Read More Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu We got to see all the mainstays as far as I know Great well organized trip The altitude hit me a bit hard during the first couple of days but I was allright after that Our guides were great our guide in Machu Picchu was exceptional he answered all of our questions never left us with any sort of uncertainty The airport was a bit of a hassle though customs took forever to let us through but I can't hold you guys accountable for that Thank you for helping a couple of old men finally take this trip the logistics was getting a bit too out of hand for us Very friendly staff on the whole

If Machu Picchu is where you want to go then Journey Machu Picchu is the agency that will hook you Read More up We recently returned from a very memorable trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu and Journey Machu Picchu prepared our entire trip They arranged our flight from Lima to Cusco where a driver was waiting for us to transport us to the hotel The hotel they booked for us was spectacular in the historic center of the city A day later a staff from the agency met with us to review the details of the Inca trail hike On the day of the Inca trail their staff drove us to the train station at Ollantaytambo where we boarded the train to Chachabamba the beginning of the most wonderful and exciting Inca trail experience that we shared with five others including our very experienced and well-informed tour guide Maribel Maribel if you are reading this you were amazing Thank you After hours of hiking and after passing the wonderful ruins of Hui ay Wayna we reached the Inti Punku from where the city of Machu Picchu can be seen Maribel led us to the town of Aguas Calientes where we refreshed had dinner and rested before our return to the city of Machu Picchu the following day The tour package included our tour guide taking us to Machu Picchu once again to explore the city After this we took the train back to Ollantaytambo where a driver was already waiting for us and took us back to our hotel in Cuzco The following morning we were picked up and taken to the airport for our return to Lima All passes and travel tickets were arranged for us a healthy lunch was provided during the hike and dinner at Aguas Calientes too This is our most memorable travel adventure ever and we are extremely pleased with the services we received Marco was very helpful all the way Thank you
