Michael is a former marketing consultant for several US and LATAM-based corporations. After a decade-long career in the tech industry, his lifelong passion for exploration led to a natural transition: founding Journey Machu Picchu in 2014.

Today, Michael actively scouts the region to discover new destinations, vet premium accommodations, and design exclusive travel experiences for clients. You will frequently find him on the ground across Latin America, personally testing unique tours and boutique hotels to ensure they meet the agency’s strict quality standards. Michael is an early riser who kicks off his days with a hot cup of Peruvian coffee and a morning workout before diving into operations.
